As a special case, all ‘A’ Category Registered NBFCs have been classified into following 3 Categories :

(i)   Those with assets size of Rs. 500 crores and above.
(ii)  Those with assets size between Rs. 50 crores and 500 crores.
(iii) Those with asset size of less than Rs. 50 crores.

(i) and (ii) Categories, as stated above should make their Membership Subscription payments as per Membership Application form attached herewith.

However, (iii) Category Companies out of the above, should send the Consent Letters to be signed and returned by them in the self addressed, pre-stamped envelopes, enclosed herewith by 31st October, 2004. This would entitle them for exemption from the payment of annual subscription for the year 2004-05. Their subscription, as and when received, would be taken as subscription for the financial year 2005-06. This is being done as a special case for the small companies. Their membership would be automatic on receipt of new consent letters. We shall send you the acknowledgement of acceptance of membership consent letter with Membership Number and Membership Certificate.
